1.Achieve improvement and QA companys objectives2.Achieve Department plans for all activities3.Prepare and implement budgeting plan for business improvement and QA4.The preparation of the company QHSE, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions5.Cooperation with establish procedures, standards, systems and related forms.6.Control and distribution of all the company?s quality documentation7.Monitor all quality related activities on the company and following up the implementation of QHSE system.8.Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company?s management9.Attend client quality management meetings10.Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.11.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the development of quality management system.
