Your thought leadership, and ability to effectively communicate with customers, business leadership, and developers will help us build capabilities that allow us to develop, launch, and maintain a growing set of products. By understanding the needs of our product line developers, and our end customers you will help us build products that delight users and make the world safer. As we grow our portfolio of products and solutions, you will take a key leadership role in helping us continue to grow and scale effectively. You will help ensure our framework team continues to mature and meet user needs.Get s#it done.This role requires an ability to obtain and maintain a US SECRET security clearance.+ With your strong knowledge of internal and external user needs and related capabilities within existing, external products: you will identify and prioritize user roles, jobs to be done, and supporting workflows+ Collaborate with RII stakeholders and our user community to build out and maintain the framework teams strategy, backlog, and roadmap+ Effectively communicate the framework teams roadmap to internal audiences+ Work with technical and common platform leadership to identify acceptance criteria that helps ensure framework capabilities meet user needs in a scalable, effective manner+ Work with technical leadership to mature our existing usage measurement activities in order to improve our understanding of what framework features are most used, and who uses them+ Mature our ability to conduct data-driven feature tests, and our ability to make decisions and recommendations about investments in new or improved features based on user-usage data+ Work with product, technical and agile release train leadership and peers to mature the framework teams agile-based processes+ Collaborate with other product owners and product managers in order to help build and maintain an integrated product roadmap for our family of command and control products+ Built product roadmaps as a technical lead, product owner, or product manager for an Analytics, Command and Control; or Business Intelligence product. Effectively engaged with users to understand their needs; identify opportunities; and drive adoption of effective solutions+ Matured features for a development backlog through close interaction with users, technical leadership, and user experience experts / designers+ Used user behavioral metrics to help inform product and feature planning + Collaborated with other product owners and business leaders on portfolio planning in order to develop business strategy and technical roadmaps across multiple products+ Demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindsight identifying novel and effective solutions to user needs+ Operational experience in planning, executing, or assessing Combatant Command campaign plans, information operations, or cyber operations+ Product owner or manager experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products+ Technical or product experience with no-code / low-code softwareAt RII, we believe that diversity in our workforce is critical to our success.
