Architectural drawings for the current status of real estate.
Documenting the tracks of the infrastructure or the structural structure of the real estate.
Monitoring all technical problems of real estate (structural - architectural - infrastructure)
Explanatory reports for technical problems and proposals for solutions.
Supervising and making executive drawings for all problems.
Preparing tender documents and comparisons for contractors.
Awarding works to contractors.
Follow-up of maintenance and restoration work (financially and technically)
Receiving the works and making a report on the condition of the property before and after the intervention.
Documenting modifications to property drawings
Periodic follow-up of the following items
Structural structure - facades - renovations.
Skylights - drainage - feeding.
Elevators, electrical works, air conditioning and networks
Making maintenance contracts with subcontractors for specialized works (electricity - plumbing - air conditioning - networks - etc.)
Follow up the subcontractors technically and financially.
Dealing directly with the client or real estate owners and preparing any necessary reports.
Follow up of maintenance supervisors and workers.
