Primary Skill Set:? Bachelor s degree? At least one of the following certifications: A+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent experience with Microsoft Windows environments.? High-level oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.? ITIL back ground.? 2 years of experience.? Excellent ability to document and trace Problems.? Using IT ticketing systems and remote management tools.? Professional in using desktop application, MS Office, Specially Outlook.? Ability to work under pressure.? Flexible to work at night shift and weekends.? Ability to work 6 Working Days per week.? Military status is exempted or finished.
