Job Description

Human Capital Assessment Specialist, SeniorKey Role:Work closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data to ensure effective implementation of the organizations human capital strategies. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction mentor and supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with assessments and assessment best practices
  • Knowledge of the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework
  • Ability to analyze data across multiple human capital populations and identify trends that hold true across each
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Doctorate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with third-party assessment offerings, hosting platforms and assessment of data
  • Knowledge of military assessments and applications across services
  • Ability to represent a client in political situations and communicate interests clearly and concisely
  • Secret clearance
