Atikwa Golf Club at Arrowwood Resort is seeking a Golf Course/Grounds Mechanic to maintain the equipment necessary for the operation of the golf course and resort. The golf course mechanic will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment and will contribute to a regular inspection and preventative maintenance program. Atikwa Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course located at Arrowwood Resort. Arrowwood is a 200+ room hotel and resort facility located on the Lake Darling in Alexandria, MN. Duties * Inspect, diagnose, and repair all golf course and grounds equipment* Perform regular mower blade and reel sharpening/repair as necessary to maintain quality equipment performance* Prioritize maintenance and equipment repairs and schedule accordingly as it pertains to current golf course operations* Place orders for parts and supplies as needed for service* Communicate repair costs and status updates to superintendent pertaining to necessary repairs and maintenance* Assist other crew members with daily inspection of equipment* Maintain a clean and efficient service area* Perform other duties as assigned Requirements * Proficient with common mechanical tools and service equipment* Knowledge and understanding of the general operation and proper service of various gasoline, diesel, electric, and hydraulic equipment* Experience in maintenance of golf course equipment preferred, including the regular service and operation of reel mowers* Reliable and punctual attendance* Valid driver?s licenseApply for Golf Course/Grounds MechanicPlease add your resume 10MB limit; .pdf, .doc, and .docx file types are accepted.
