Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will also be responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  3. Monitor and reconcile financial transactions.
  4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  6. Assist with financial audits and tax preparations.
  7. Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  9. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  4. Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  10. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
