Job Description

Communications Systems Analyst, SeniorKey Role:Support a senior defense client in the acquisition and resource-related assessments across the nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) portfolio. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise of communications architectures to put analytic findings into the context of the NC3 mission. Work without considerable direction to develop innovative solutions to complex problems, providing recommendations and executing plans to optimize portfolio investments and reduce enterprise risk.Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with working on OSD, Joint Staff, or Service-level headquarter staff
  • Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)
  • Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) or Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
  • Knowledge of how to integrate new subject matter to pivot and address emerging client challenges
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with communications technologies or Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience with communications technologies
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with conducting portfolio analyses or working in a portfolio management office or PEO
  • Experience with NC3 systems, sub-systems, or architectures
  • Experience with using analysis to facilitate risk management, integrated master scheduling, or resource management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field
