About Centre R zodanse-Egypte? Centre R zodanse Egypte is an independent cultural centre dedicated to the promotion of the art of dance in Alexandria. Operating since 2008 and up till now, R zodanse is a place where many artistic and cultural projects were implemented for the purpose of promoting dance, and dance education in Alexandria. Next to its core activity as a ballet school, R zodanse has implemented, initiated, and co-founded several projects for that purpose along the past 10 years of operating, such as: Nassim El Raqs, Silsilah Dance Project, and the International Street Parade. Closely cooperating with local and international cultural operators such as the French Institute, the Goethe Institute, Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Teatro Eskendria, and others, R zodanse has developed a very strong capability for the implementation of local cultural and artistic projects.? Centre R zodanse Egypte is looking for (1) Communication Officer as a primary support position within the office operations. This person will report directly to the office administrator. The main role of this person is to help promoting our organisation, its activities and various programmes. He/She will be required to design and implement a communication strategy that engages target audiences and secures a stable visibility to the organisation and its activities. The applicant should have a track record of previous achievements in communication sector or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of digital marketing and customer service.Role and Responsibilities of Communication Officer:? Under supervision of executive director, setting and implementing a strategic communication plan for the organisation and its activities that addresses target audience, customers, and institutional partners.? Writing, editing, and disseminating content, including publications, press release, website content, social media content, annual reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials that communicate the organisation's activities? Developing and maintaining contacts with local and national press, bloggers, and similar communication channels? Reinitiating contacts with local schools? Developing and maintaining a media database? Developing visual identity and digital imprint? Feeding our social media channels , including: designing publications, providing written content, and maintaining high responsiveness.? Providing filmed and photographed material from various activities for documentation, reporting, and advertising purposes?
