Make It With Pride.You will execute initiatives throughI2M and IIM processes for the site and ensureeffective execution, coordination,tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.How you will contributeYou will:

• Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM(Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management),Provide critical inputs to thesite BDleader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 ? DR6)); From Design reviews-DR 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; Master data creation,Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings ? and report to project team. Organize trials and FPA?s (e.g.materials, team logistics etc.).Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
• Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensuredelivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials, key project activities.Status tracking and communication of Plant activities key Cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda andsupport the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturinghurdle rates are met.
• Support site BD Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category PCMs, be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and businessrelated projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup VSU teams for the projects and with the Engineeringteam to manage startup and construction activities for the projects.

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts,Safety & GMP standards
• Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment,Technology & Engineeringautomation basics.
• Computerproficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written),Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

• Identify & Lead NPDs & new project initiatives in G&C category aiming for Growth, Productivity & Infrastructure upgrades.
• Leading projects through Idea development, Project Development, Execution & evaluation
• Leading I2M process including I2M milestones shown in IC ,PDR , LR ,AR to FPA
• Managing BD&E department purchasing system
• Representing the different plant departments stakeholders in project discussions & deliverables
• Develop sustainable and robust plans. Present comprehensive and concise summaries. Approve funding requests, permitting, documentation and report progress in accurate and substantive summary.
• Review project proposals & designs & plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project & vendor requirements,
• Meet with vendors & OEM?s to identify project deliverables, value, equipment, support, service, technology, project scope, scheduling, performance, documentation, and pricing as required.
• Coordinates with project team to develop and administer work plan and to develop roles, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Works closely with validation to make sure that all required project documentation is relayed for appropriate project close out and commissioning.
• Review and provide approvals of all design, supplier, vendor specifications, documents and drawings associated with projects.
• Coordinate activities of project team including internal and external resources to ensure project progresses on schedule, within prescribed budget, and resolves technical service or technology issues.
• Support and Meet Departmental, Plant and Corporate HSEQ goals. Work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assess installed plant & manufacturing capabilities & identify engineering projects aimed at sustaining and/or improving the manufacturing processes, and structures.
• Prepare equipment/process layout & P&ID?s during the development phase, installation phase, and final equipment & process commissioning and start-up phase.
• Prepare requests for quotations (RFQ?s), and the evaluate offers submitted ensuring the most appropriate cost-effective technical solutions are selected.
• Prepare projects in detail including AR & timeline development in coordination with all involved stakeholders
