Audio-Visual (A/V)TechnicianXator is seeking a professional Audio-Visual (A/V)Technician to support our domestic and Oconus audio visual installations. Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently are both required to be successful in this position. We are only seekingTechnicians with commercial/permanent installation experience.Qualifications / Requirements:At least 2 years experience with installation/integration in the Commercial/Pro Audio Video industry.Experience in construction industry preferredKnowledge in installation, service, testing/maintenance of A/V related equipment.Control System knowledge in Crestron, Extron and AMX.Extensive experience with structured wiring.Must have experience with termination of RJ45, DB9, HD15, RCA, and fiber.Able to read drawings and architectural plans.Rack fabrication and wire management a must.Must be able to work with minimal assistance and lead othertechnicians.Requires 25-50% international travel.Must be a US citizen.Ability to obtain and maintain aTop-Secret security clearanceOn September 24, 2021, the U.S. Government?s Safer Federal Workforce Task Force issued ?2021 Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors? mandating that Covered federal contractors, including Xator Corporation, and their employees shall be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
