The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our Training & Education Center in Alexandria, Egypt. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have a knack for building relationships. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to our mission of providing top-notch educational services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the education sector.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
3. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with business development goals.
5. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
6. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
7. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
8. Assist in the development of proposals and contracts for new clients.
9. Work closely with the training team to ensure client satisfaction and successful program implementation.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and industry knowledge enhancement.
