Job Description

DescriptionSAIC is looking for aShadow - Grey Eagle Subject Matter Expert to support the development of the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) for the Army in the Huntsville, AL.Candidate will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment with multiple contractors and teaming partners and must be self-motivated, reliable, dependable, flexible, and also have excellent interpersonal and verbal / written / presentation communication skills.Job Responsibilities:

  • Support collaboration with the Army customer to define, capture, derive, and prioritize applicable requirements for the RVCT training solution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support requirement decomposition for implementation following an Agile/SCRUM development process.
  • Assist with verification, integration, test, documentation, delivery and training of the training solution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding UAS operations and required functionality to development and leadership teams.
QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelors degree with two (2)years of experience;four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.Required Clearance: Must have an active Secret Security clearance; US Citizenship requiredRequired Experience:
  • Familiar with agile project management to include terminology
  • Experience as Shadow UAS or Grey Eagle UAS operator
  • Experience with UAV ground control stations (GCS) or familiarity with UAVs/simulators
  • Knowledgeable in the integration of GOTS and COTS software and hardware components as it relates to UAS
  • Knowledgeable of UAS training simulators and UAS terminology
