Job Description

Summary:ÿProject Engineer to oversee and manage traffic signal installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role involves coordination with stakeholders, managing field teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of traffic signal systems, including poles, signal heads, controllers, and associated infrastructure.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage field teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve on-site issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and test results.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project close-out procedures, including final inspections and handover documentation.
