Job Description

DescriptionSAIC is currently looking to hire a Senior Test Engineer to support the CDLIM team located in Huntsville, AL!Responsibiltiies Include:

  • The candidate will develop software test plans, conduct test case steps and report results. 
  • Submit software problem reports, and work with other members of the team to accomplish the development mission. 
  • Direct test team members as required druing the test leads absence or as directed. 
  • Conduct training for end users or training teams as required.
QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or five years related experience; 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of a degreeClearance: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) networking, routing, switching, and other basic network concepts
  • Must have a current, Secret security clearance or able to obtain one before employment
  • Experience operating Link-16 Beyond Line of Sight
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced Government program
  • Experience testing BSD/CDLIM software or other military systems.
  • Experienced military trainer
  • Experience testing software written in C/C++
  • Experience operating software on Linux
