Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues. Assist with setting up and configuring networked devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Update network diagrams and inventory records.
Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce network security policies and practices. Monitor for and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities within the network.
