Job Description

DescriptionSAIC has an opening for an Ethics & Compliance Analyst (ECA). This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.The Ethics & Compliance Analyst (ECA) has primary responsibility for supporting the Ethics Department?s data analytics as well as engagement processes and initiatives. The ECA is also responsible for the oversightof the Ethics Department?s internal communication and document repository SharePoint sites. In addition, the ECA may be asked to assist with any of the projects or responsibilities performed by the Ethics Office including training, presentations and internal Ethics investigations.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in analysis of case data and trend information for internal use in training, communication, and strategic decisions
  • Managing the Ethics Department?s SharePoint sites
  • Leading the execution of the biennial employee ethics survey, analyzing the data, and developing approaches to communicating and acting on results
  • Overseeing engagement communications/initiatives
  • Managing and maintaining relevant policies, instructions and processes
  • Co-lead Ethics Champion program including recruiting new members, actively engaging current members, and tracking champion activity metrics and feedback to inform Ethics Office initiatives
  • Assisting with metrics preparation and analysis for quarterly review by SAIC leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Leading the execution of National Ethics Week and other ethics events as assigned
  • Oversight and updating of Ethics program documentation
  • Assisting with the creation and dissemination of the ethics department engagement materials
  • Preparing presentations for other meetings at the request of the Chief Ethics Officer and advising senior leadership as required
  • Responding timely to ad hoc inquiry requests and coordinating responses provided by internal Subject Matter Experts
  • Assisting in developing and implementing ethics and compliance training
  • Supporting the Ethics Team in preparation of ethics communications internal and external to the corporation
  • Assisting in other Ethics and Compliance initiatives as assigned
QualificationsTypical Education & Experience: Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience in a related field; Masters and one year of related experience.
  • Experience in Ethics, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Communication or comparable business.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience creating visual graphics
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in government contracting environment
  • Ethics and Compliance certification
  • Experience with Articulate 360 Suite or comparable learning and development software
Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
