Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Alahsa, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, be knowledgeable about different brewing methods, and have excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies, according to established recipes and quality standards.
  2. Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and answering any questions they may have about the menu.
  5. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current coffee trends and attend training sessions as required.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
  6. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other team members.
  8. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.
  9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
