Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts- and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures- Provide financial analysis and support to management as neededCandidate Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Effective communication and interpersonalAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
