Job Description

Strategic

• Develop and implement Recreational programs and activities aligned with the residential compounds overall vision and objectives.
• Plan to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction through recreational offerings.
• Collaborate with Management to integrate recreational initiatives into the compounds strategic planning.

• Coordinate and schedule recreational activities and events for residents of all ages.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of recreational facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Coordinate scheduling of recreational spaces and equipment to accommodate resident needs and preferences.
• Manage resources effectively to support recreational programs and maintain facilities.

• Provide leadership and supervision to recreational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs through feedback mechanisms and data analysis.
• Ensure facilities usage policies are been complied with all the time by the respective users.
• Represent the recreational department in meetings and presentations to stakeholders within the compound.
• Generating duty roasters, accident or incident reports, facility use analytics, and other relevant administrative tasks.
• Computing & Maintaining documentation (Events & activities, Recreational facilities repair works, and other relevant documents).
• Close the Daily Schedule Task in the FSI System.
• Raise the ticket to the help desk for the maintenance request and follow-up till closure of the issue.
• Raise the Material request if require.
• Submitting Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• To maintain recreation center and other related facilities.
• In case of any incident in recreation center immediately report to the Security and Management.
• Responsible to control the kids in recreation center and take Corrective actions accordingly.
• To maintain and keep clean the swimming pool and all surrounding areas.
