Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage medical procedures, and support the overall health and well-being of patients. Your clinical skills and compassionate approach will be essential in delivering excellent healthcare services and contributing to our commitment to patient care.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on individual needs and medical conditions. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure documentation complies with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and health management. Provide guidance on medication administration, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
  • Assist with medical procedures and interventions as required. Prepare patients for procedures, assist during operations or examinations, and ensure proper post-procedure care.
