Our team partners with cross-functional teams on inland or offshore rigs to add value to oil well extractions and provide support to the success of our field operations.Partner with the bestAs a Wireline Field Specialist, you will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.As a Wireline Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing resolution to problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations requires review of a variety of factors.
• Supervising the training of less experienced engineers and personnel. Performs additional duties within the district.
• Working with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
• Providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
• Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
• Supervising crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services ( Cased hole services)
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in Wireline Business Line
• Have previous work experience with Baker Hughes in Wireline product line
• Have industry experience and product line training in Wireline
• Have strong expertise working in offshore environment
• Be a good communicator and fluent in English
• Have a diploma or bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services
• Have experience with cased hole services and TCP
