Job Description

The candidate should agree to work at site office near Al Wajh city and he should be able to handle the following tasks:-1-Demonstrated proficiency with large-scale Document Control management software (ACONEX )2-Training to other DC?s for Aconex in the correct submission of Documents as per Client DocumentProcedure system.3-Training to other staff to how to operate Aconex software for NEOM projects.4-Checking all documents complies with established standards and updating Register Log for record.5-Maintained project related documents of the company in accordance with the procedures ofestablished by project managing department.6-Handled the tasks of receiving and processing information in an accurate and efficient manner.7-Receiving Drawing submittals and material submittals including samples and logging in excel files.8-Distributing the submittals to the relevant engineers or departments according to the instruction ofthe project manager.9-Maintaining the documents in electronic format.10-Attending meeting and preparing the MOM.11-Maintaining RFI in and out log.12-Preparation of letter to the client and consultant.13-Responsible for setting up document control files for suppliers and manufactures.14-Maintained all company quality records, audit results, reports, and files.15-Preparing of receipts, payments and necessary journal and other accounting documents.16-Maintaining site instruction and non-conformance records.17-Keep reference files and policy manuals up-to-date by adding and deleting obsolete information.18-Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managementsystems and performing basic bookkeeping work.19-Receive incoming mail, Fax Messages and other communications; sort, log and distribute asrequired.20-Tracking and keeping record for lab results and follow up with the lab representatives according tothe project.21-Preparation of final hand over documents.22-Ability to handle confidential matters.
