Job Description

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our team in Riyadh. As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the costs of food and beverage operations to ensure profitability and efficiency. You will work closely with the management team to develop cost control strategies and implement them effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to track expenses and identify areas of improvement.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
  3. Develop and implement inventory management procedures to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  4. Create and maintain cost control reports and financial statements to analyze performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to establish portion sizes and cost-effective menu items.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Previous experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Knowledge of food and beverage cost control techniques and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in using cost control software and tools.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
