We provide ourselves on our elegant environment, attention to detail, and commitment to the highest standards of service.We are looking for a dedicated and well-presented Female and Male Office Helper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our boutique and support daily operation needs.Key Responsibilities:•Ensure that all areas of the boutique, including fitting room, office spaces and reception areas, are clean and well-presented before opening hours.•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in staff and customers restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, handwash, tissue etc.).•Dust, wipe and polish furniture, displays surfaces, and glass doors to uphold the boutiques’ s elegant appearance.•Clean mirrors, windows, and floors regularly to maintain a spotless showroom environment.•Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water etc.) for guest, clients and management as required.•Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly and ensure the environment remains tidy at all times.•Keep the pantry/kitchen area clean, including washing dishes and maintaining appliances.•Monitor and replenish office and panty supplies (tea, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.) and purchase the required supplies when necessary.•Assist in setting up meeting rooms or client areas, ensuring everything is arranged neatly and professionally.•Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the line manager.•Support staff with light errands such as distributing mail, organizing deliveries, or assisting with boutique preparations for events.•Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.Qualifications & Skills:•Gender: Female and Male•Education: Minimum High School•Experience: Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within UAE (preferably in hospitality, retail, luxury service environment:•Language: Good in communication skills in English; polite and customer-oriented demeanor.•Personality: Reliable, energetic, and well-groomed.•Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
