About the RoleAs a Senior Recruiter, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the best talent acquisition strategies for a number of different Divisions. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, assessing and securing top talent for roles in Saudi Arabia, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and best hiring practices. You will work closely with business leaders, Talent teams, and external partners to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs, while prioritising an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
