The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms, stays updated on industry trends, and has a creative flair for crafting compelling content.Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the companys goals and target audience.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in social media to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Content Creation:
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
Community Management:
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive relationships with the online community and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, social media trends, and competitor activities.
Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Social Media Advertising:
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimization.
  • Stay informed about advertising platform updates and industry best practices.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
