Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Manager of Business Development to join our team in Al Olaya, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
  3. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable outcomes
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our products and services remain competitive
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  7. Good understanding of market research and analysis
  8. Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
