Job Description

Looking for General Manager for a newly constructed medical facility Al Sajjad Medical Center in An Najaf city, Iraq. Attractive remuneration package will be provided to qualified candidate.

• Fully manage?the daily function of the clinic and take full responsibilities for all its functions and departments.?
• Human Resource recruitment, managing patients and staff, financial upkeep, legal, maintenance.?
• Targeting and inviting volunteer senior consultants to visit the clinic in order to provide additional level of expertise as ?Second Opinion? functions.?
• Establish current and long-range objectives, plans and policies of the clinic.
• Dispense advice, guidance, direction and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies and Governing Body approval.
• Represent the organization with major customers, shareholders, and the public.
• Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed.
• Planning and managing the companys performance.
• Manage operations and processes within budget.
