Job Description

The role holder is responsible for supporting the Traditional Trade Section including all operations in regions. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the business requirements.Responsibilities:

1. Monitor traditional trade operations in the Eastern region districts and identify sales improvement opportunities
2. Coordinate with Wholesale Account Management to address wholesaler issues related to product availability
3. Provide logistical support to traditional trade points of sales in the Eastern districts
4. Support account managers in developing sales plans by providing input on managed accounts
5. Drive the digitization of distribution channels
6. Execute sales initiatives to acquire, retain, and grow the traditional trade customer base
7. Estimate and update sales opportunities in the pipeline for review by the GM Regional Sales
8. Contribute to the development of sales strategy and plan for own districts
9. Analyze regional data to generate insights and trends, and implement strategies to bridge gaps
10. Collect feedback from customers to review and maximize customer satisfaction
11. Analyze sales and demographic data to forecast future supply and demand
12. Regularly monitor sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis
13. Keep up with market trends and sales initiatives

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
2. 1+ year of relevant experience or a fresh graduate
3. High school degree holders should have an additional 4 years of experience or a diploma degree holders should have an additional 2 years of experience
4. Certifications: Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Professional Certified Marketer
