Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1- Regulatory Compliance Oversight:Stay abreast of industry regulations, laws, and standards relevant to Tiqmos operations.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on the company.2- Compliance Program Development:Create and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes.3- Risk Assessment:Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability and risk.Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure proactive compliance measures.4- Training and Education:Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant regulations and company policies.Foster a culture of compliance awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.5- Monitoring and Auditing:Establish and implement a monitoring and auditing program to track compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the compliance program.6- Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management detailing the status of compliance efforts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and initiatives.7- Response to Regulatory Changes:Monitor changes in regulations and promptly update internal policies and procedures as needed.Advise management on the potential impact of regulatory changes and recommend necessary adjustments.8-Communication and Collaboration:Foster strong working relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders. Collaborate with legal, operations, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance.
