We are a leading real estate company based in Riyadh, seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager responsible for managing the marketing and sales department comprehensively from planning to execution, monitoring, and measurement.Responsibilities include:- Overseeing the management of potential clients and coordinating the client journey with the sales team to ensure optimal conversion rates.- Managing all social media accounts related to the company.- Preparing and executing marketing plans for real estate projects and proposals.- Managing digital advertising campaigns and optimizing their performance in terms of reach and conversion.- Supervising the creation of marketing content (designs, images, videos, reels).- Writing advertising content and marketing texts suitable for the real estate market.- Analyzing performance and measuring results, preparing periodic reports with development recommendations.- Coordinating with any support team or collaborators as needed.SkillsRequirements:Previous experience in real estate marketing.Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.Ability to manage the marketing department comprehensively and effectively.Commitment, consistency, and dedication to work.
