- Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing-Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time-timely processing of payroll-preparing and entering all accounting transactions needed-Performs the monthly, financial reconciliation for selected general ledger account, suppliers, customers and inter-Group-timely reconciliation of bank on monthly basis-Preparing financial analyses and reports-Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts-Responsible for the management of fixed assets which included proper accounting-Responsible for monthly vat return and report it to the management-Monthly accounting reconciliation for AP and AR with other departments ( clearing open invoices)-Payments preparation through online bank services based on company rules-Assisting with annual audit preparations.
