Mine Supervisor (Open?Pit Mining)

Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily open?pit mining operations including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, dumping, and road maintenance.Lead field?level safety compliance, toolbox talks, risk control verification, and pre?start coordination.Ensure execution of the approved mine plan, daily priorities, and operating instructions.Coordinate contractor manpower, equipment deployment, and shift readiness.Monitor production performance, delays, equipment utilization, and operational constraints.Inspect work areas, haul roads, dumps, ramps, berms, signage, and access controls for safety compliance.Escalate unsafe conditions, deviations, equipment issues, and contractor non?compliance.Maintain accurate shift logs, production records, safety observations, and structured handover notes.Support incident investigations, audits, inspections, and emergency response activities.Desired Candidate ProfileEngineering Degree in Mining.Minimum 8 years experience in the mining industry.Minimum 5 years experience as a Mining Supervisor.Strong knowledge of open?pit mining operations and contractor supervision.Excellent communication, leadership, and safety management skills.Must be willing to relocate to a remote mining site in Saudi Arabia.How to Apply- Send your CV to the shared email ID with following information:Email Subject: Application for the Position ?
