The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy construction equipment to ensure maximum reliability and minimum downtime.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine faults. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy construction equipment. Repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, and steering components. Carry out routine servicing, overhauls, and component replacements. Inspect equipment to identify and prevent potential failures. Maintain maintenance and service records. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with manufacturer standards. Coordinate with site supervisors to minimize equipment downtime.Equipment ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following: Excavators Wheel Loaders Bulldozers Motor Graders Rollers Skid Loaders Asphalt Pavers Mobile Cranes Forklifts Air CompressorsRequirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. Strong experience with heavy construction and earthmoving equipment. Excellent knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently. GCC experience is preferred.
