Perform system analysis and tuning, integrity checks, queries, network usage, in addition to Input/ Output, memory, and CPU processes, to proactively identify and address any issues that may arise.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers and Internet Servers to ensure that the systems are online, continuously monitored and all data is successfully backed up.
Administer and support the Azure Workloads, Office 365 environment, encompassing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
ÿExperience with implementing and operating Nutanix Hyperconverged and other virtualization or container solutions
Interact closely with internal departments to identify and understand the bridge gaps between business needs and critical applications functionalities, define problems, identify requirements and create solutions to meet business needs in collaboration with respective Department Managers.
Ensure that all servers & other hardware systems are patched on a timely basis and are highly secure with industry standard protection tools like Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc.
Assist in analyzing requirements and developing functional & technical designs detailing system solutions that meet user defined requirements, implement software programs and recommend system controls and protocols to solve problems and requirements effectively.
Perform all supporting duties involved in installing, maintaining, testing, and Al-Hajery?s computerized information systems including all computer workstations and peripherals, network equipment, telephone systems, and software used by all departments.
Respond to requests for assistance from system users and resolve operations problems, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex systems, internal and internet e-mail systems, and application problems.
Perform required diagnostic testing and maintenance on system hardware.
Assist in maintaining relationships with software suppliers and upgrade systems as new patches or system upgrades are released by the supplier.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while taking into account best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
