MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :Education/Certifications : One year related experience may besubstituted for one year of education, if degree is required.BachelorsDegree in Business or Finance or related field.Certification by National Contract Management Association (NCMA) isdesired.Experience:Minimum ten (10) yearsexperience or equivalent working a wide varietyof contracts and subcontracts with a strong background in Subcontractadministration and management; five (5) years experience with governmentcontracting. A purchasing or procurement environment is a plus. Musthave working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contractlaw, purchasing policies and procedures, basic software worksheet technologies,and the ability to meet with, work with and brief senior management personnel.Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-taskcapability. Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to train, lead projects, directemployees. Must have working knowledgeof STARS government acquisition system.Other:Must possess currentKuwait residency status
