MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance or related field. Certification by National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is desired.Experience:Minimum ten (10) years experience working a wide variety of contracts and subcontracts with a strong background in Subcontract administration and management; five (5) years experience with government contracting. A purchasing or procurement environment is a plus. Must have working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract law, purchasing policies and procedures, basic software worksheet technologies, and the ability to meet with, work with and brief senior management personnel. Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability. Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees. Must have working knowledge of MAXIMO.Other:Must possess current Kuwait residency statusSUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:General Supervision
