Specialist for Training of SIMENS S7-1500 PLC & SIMATIC HMI System with the following activities:? PLC programming ( LADDER/FBD) using PCS7 & TIA Portal V15.1? Interface the PLC with various field devices le, Field Instruments, VFD and Remote IO stations via HARD wire signal, Wireless, PROFIBUS & PROFINET Communication.? PLC Fault finding and Troubleshooting? Graphics creation of HMI and Interface with PLC using TIA Portal V15.1? Alarms, Trends and Report generation on HMI? Engineer Operator level access password creation? Upload and Download the PLC & HMI Backup? Pneumatic project creation and testing using FESTO Fluids Pneumatic simulation software.? Implement the stimulated project using pneumatic Equipment ( AVENTICS)? Programming and testing of Sinamics CU230P-DP (G120) VFD with Electric motor ( 0.37KW) from S7-1500 PLC &HMI via PROFIBUS and Hardwire signals.? Experience; 10-15 years
