Description:Manages the day-to-day performance of the site assigned contract operations and services. Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures for the organization and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. Position reports to the CONUS based Maintenance Manager. Functions with responsibility for schedule and technical performance of the operation. Interfaces with government officials on diverse issues and problems and works to resolve operational issues and problems. Implements Company policies and procedures. Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel to include ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinates workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work; and monitors and evaluates staff performance. Assists with coordination of range scheduling with the government representatives as required. Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements. Interfaces with union representatives to ensure adherence to union agreements and negotiated requirements. Oversees and coordinates research and investigations as related to customer repair issues. Provides guidance, technical support and assistance relative to operating problems and projects. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Serves as Theater Leads.Minimum Requirements?Over 10 years of experience and a MA/SA degree or 15 years of experience in lieu of a MA/SA degree?Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required?Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required?Position will require travel and overseas deployment?Candidates will attend the Contractor Replacement Center and complete all processing for overseas employment and be medically fit in accordance with Department of Defense Contract medical fitness requirements?Position requires a Security Clearance with access to the Secret Level
