Kuwait - Al Ahmadi, Camp ArifjanJob SummaryAECOM has an opening for a Quality Auditor II in Kuwait.Performs internal audits used to obtain process conformance and performance feedback. The quality auditor plays a vital role within the quality management system by obtaining and documenting the results of audits that are used by the management team to monitor the status of the quality management system.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:?Performs a variety of audits to include process based, ISO systems, performance work statement conformance, and special audits as required.?Responsible for the entire audit process consisting of review of audit criteria, development of audit plans and checklists, performance of audit with process owners and other stakeholders, analysis of audit results, and development of audit reports consisting of audit findings and recommendations for improvement.?Act as point of contact for action items related to audit discrepancies or other process related activities.?Makes recommendations for corrective and preventive actions plans.?Provides guidance for ISO compliance (ISO 9001:2008).?Provides training and support to Internal Auditors.?Attends routine status reporting and staff leadership meeting attendance.?Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.Minimum RequirementsEduation:?High school diploma or equivalent.?Secret Security Clearance requiredExperience:? 5 7 years direct experience as a quality auditor on a related program.Specialized Knowledge and Skills? Demonstrated understanding of basic auditing techniques and quality principles.Work Environment, Physical Demands and Mental Demands:?Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.?Mut be able to lift up to 50lbs.?Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.?Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.Preferred Qualifications?ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Certification is preferred.?American Society of Quality Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) highly preferred.10 + years of verifiable advanced quality auditing experience in the U.S. Government contracting or Federal Government environment may be substituted for the CQA.? Recommended training: ISO quality standard training courses.
