MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.? Knowledge in field of electro-mechanical,power plant, industrial or electrical preferred? Technical school training required, militaryexperience preferred? Must possess a valid home country driver slicense for the purpose of obtaining a Military and Kuwait driver slicense.Experience :?Minimum of four (4) years experience in power plantoperations, power generation, distribution, transmission and substationmaintenance required?NICET III certification in electrical power testing or equivalenttraining preferredSkills :?Comprehensive knowledge and skills in the theory,principles, methods and techniques used in the installation, repair, andmaintenance of high voltage electrical systems and equipment?Knowledge of electrical codes, utility standardsand safety programs as governed by rules, regulations and guidelines of OSHA,EPA, NFPA, ANSI and the NEC?Skilled in power plant, substation, and utilityvoltages (480 volt, 2400 volt, 4160 volt through 13.8 kv)?Possess proficient English oral and writtencommunications skills?Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation,and teamwork?Exercise discretion and good sound judgment?Basic computer skills
