DescriptionKitopi works with multiple brands from all around the world. The brand coordinator will be in charge of liaising with multiple internal and external parties to insure that all brands requests are completed perfectly and on time. We rely on our brand coordinators to make sure that every brand has a smooth journey within Kitopi.We are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to monitor our hotel channel andhelp build processes that streamline our business operations. The responsibilitiesinclude tracking business results, monitoring KPIs, and assisting set up operational checklist for bringing our hotel room service offerings live from a quality, in our kitchens and call center, as well as deliverance, in terms of ensuring the food gets tothe guests in under 30 minutes. You should demonstrate excellent soft skills and beable to communicate our objectives internally. You should find ways to increasequality of customer service and assist in implementing best practices. Ultimately, you will ensure that all project functions are in line with our strategic goals.
