Key Responsibilities:úCreating Purchase OrdersúCreating QuotationsÿúCreating Delivery NotesÿúCalling New Clients and Creating LeadsÿúDrafting Emails and follow-up with clients and SuppliersÿúCalling multiple Suppliers/Distributors and getting the best quoteÿúMaintaining List of Cheque issued to Suppliers/Distributors and sending reminders to management on the due dates.ÿúMaintaining Warranty Status on the System on the Hardware supplied to various customersÿúSending Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on receivables and PayablesÿúSending Statement of Accounts (SOA) on weekly basis to all customers with pending balancesÿúUploading invoices/Copy of Cheque/Bill,s/ as per each job created on the systemÿúMaintaining and Follow-up on outsourcing call records.ÿúLiaising with Outsource engineer?s/Technicians for all outsourced ProjectsÿúCoordinating with the Driver on equipment supplies for different customers
