Sourcing for new suppliers, whenever required.? Negotiation with suppliers, prices, qualities, delivery and service terms? Capacity planning according to the kind of factory or kind of style.? Follow up developments and all the production steps (sample development, production timelines and delivery process)? Planning initial deliveries to stores.? Preparing production orders.? Demand planning and purchase quantities? Budget management based on category, collection and repeats
