Hi, We are looking to HSE Commissioning Specialist hire (Oil & Gas Co.) KuwaitKIPIC.Core Requirements.. Four year full time B.S.in Chemical Engineering orMechanical Engineering or Petrochemicals orSafety Engineering. Experience in PMC or EPC organization in the fieldof RefinerylPetrochemical and must handle businessactivities related to major projects not less than US250 Million each.. Strong experience in providing HSE support servicesfor pre-commissioning, commissioning & operationetc. of mega refinery project.. Experience as HSE specialist in OperatingRefineries 1 Petrochemicals units. Experience in the field of Marine and Offshoreactivities with regards to Construction/ ProComm/Commissioning and Operations.. Experience in conducting field HSE surveys andaudits, report preparation and follow-up of gaps toclosure. Experience in incident reporting & investigation andHSE statistics reports. Experience in presenting HSEperformance in meetings with commissioning teams.. Close monitoring of refinery project commissioningactivities etc..
