Since 2014, the Kuwaiti National Guard (KNG) has been collaborating thoroughly with Kuwait Air Force (KAF) in setting up the KNG Aviation Wing due to their 60 years of experience in helicopter operations. Act as the onsite senior maintenance advisor and interface with the KNG on all maintenance matters? Keep the senior advisor informed of status and progress as well as any areas of concern? Maintain close coordination with Airbus and customer maintenance elements to monitor and recommend improvements to the maintenance approach as well as identify emerging maintenance issues? Assist and overwatch maintenance management software applications and maintenance manuals updates? Interface with customer personnel and subcontractors to accomplish KNG goals? Assist and overwatch maintenance base infrastructure and development? Monitor and oversee acquisition progress on tow tractors and power units? Plan for taking over spare parts management as directed by the customer in collaboration with other agenciesDaily Accountabilities:? Maintain daily liaison with customer and Airbus maintenance elements? Monitor overall progress on the KNG maintenance facility? Evaluate current onsite maintenance projects for schedule risk and coverall customer satisfaction? Monitor supply status especially parts and supplies scaling
