MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.? High School diploma or equivalent is required.? A valid Kuwait Driver s License, a home of country heavy duty driver s license for operating construction equipment, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator s license for construction equipment.Experience :?Approximately three (3) years experience operating construction equipment.? Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts) is a plus.? Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.? Demonstrated ability to read and interpret road maps and other posted regulations regarding transportation and parking.? Knowledge of US and Kuwait driving regulations and guidelines is preferred.?Must have an excellent understanding of safety directives and polices regarding the operation of construction equipment.Skills :? Fluent in spoken and written English? Good communication skills in English both oral and written? Comfortable working in unpleasant and hazardous environments? Flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills? Recognize and quickly resolve customer issues, follow directions, and work independently with little or no supervision? Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
