MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.Must have a High school diploma or equivalent, BachelorDegree in related field preferredCurrent American Red Cross CPR/AED and first aidcertificationCross Fit, Personal Training or Group Instructorcertification (upload all certifications to applicant profile)Mustbe have a current, valid Passport and Driver s License.Musthave capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver s licenseMusthave and maintain a valid SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defensetraining. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.Experience :A minimum of four years of Air Force fitnessfacility management. Management experience to include: supervision ofemployees, completed required reports, and dealing professionally with thecustomer.Skills :Excellent communication, analytical, andsupervisory skills.Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such asExcel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirementsMilitary experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
