Job Description

Reporting To: Chief Financial OfficerÿJob Summary: A Financial Manager is a key professional responsible for ensuring the financial health of an organization. They conduct accurate data analysis and offer advice to senior management on strategies to maximize profits, securing long-term success for the company.ÿKey Responsibilities:ÿ? Responsible for the full accounting process (Balance sheet and P&L scope).? In charge of monitoring and recording financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.? Maintain the financial health of the organization.? In charge of checking & processing the expenses claims (Petty Cash).? Reconcile the inter-company accounts.? Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.? Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.? Manage the preparation of the company?s budget.ÿ? Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.? Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take? Maintaining the financial health of the organization.? Coordinate with auditors by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.? Preparing monthly invoices for the clients and follow up for credit collection.? Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.? In charge of the monthly and yearly accounting closing, preparing, and recording the monthly closing entries of accruals/provisions of cost and revenue.? Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.? Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.? Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
